The watertaxi departs from Bonaire Nautico Marina

  • Visit Klein Bonaire, which means “Little Bonaire” in Dutch, a small and uninhabited island off the west coast of Bonaire.
  • It lies only half a mile from the closest point of the main island and is accessible by a 25-minute boat ride with the water taxi.
  • The water taxi will drop you off at Klein Bonaire’s pristine, white-sand No Name Beach. This beach is an excellent place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the beauty unspoiled Klein Bonaire. It also offers easy access to the sea, making swimming even more delightful.
  • Please note: other than two shade structures and trash cans, there are no facilities on the island. It is, therefore, advised you to pack enough sun screen, snacks and plenty of water for your trip.

What's included:

  • Roundtrip from Bonaire Nautico Marine to Klein Bonaire

What's excluded:

  • Personal insurance
  • Snorkeling equipment

If you've ever wanted to know what it's like to live on a deserted island, hop the next water taxi to Klein Bonaire. A small, uninhabited island about half a mile west of Bonaire's mainland, Klein Bonaire is an unblemished oasis protected from development as part of Bonaire Marine Park. After a relaxing 25 minutes boat trip, you will be dropped off at the pristine, white-sand No Name beach. Walk off the boat easily with the ramp that delivers you right onto the beach. As this land is untouched, the water visibility is excellent; meaning snorkelers can see the coral and sea creatures clearly.

If discovering the underwater flora and fauna isn't for you, Klein Bonaire also offers a peaceful beach atmosphere, with white sands perfect for building sandcastles. Just keep in mind that there are no refreshment stands, changing areas, or beach umbrellas on the island. You're truly marooned until you catch the water taxi back to the pier, so remember to pack plenty of water, food, sunscreen, and an umbrella for shade.

Bonaire Nautico Marina is located in the center of Kralendijk at Kaya J.N.E Craane 24  (opposite of It Rains Fishes restaurant).
