As soon as you’ve completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. A confirmation is also send your email address. The confirmation includes your reservation details, as well as a booking number. Please provide us your booking number if you contact Customer Service.

You can check availability by selecting a date on the tour and activity page. Don’t worry – You’re not committed to purchasing until after you enter your credit card information and confirm your purchase.

Right after booking your tour, an email is sent with your confirmation and bookings voucher. Please check your spam box. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please contact us.

Please bring your confirmation voucher and a valid ID. Don’t forget to bring some sunscreen and if applicable your swimsuit and beach towel.

No worries! If you’re concerned about accessing your email or the internet during your trip, simply print your voucher at home or hotel and take it with you when you go to your tour.

Yes. Once you have a confirmed booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the contact details of your touroperator.

Most of the tours can be operated down the rain, however in case that the activity is cancelled we can offer you reschedule the tour or get a full refund.

This varies from activity to activity. Most tour guides speak English, Dutch and/or Spanish. Some tour guides also speak German.

If your transportation has not arrived at your hotel at the agreed time, please use the information on your confirmation voucher to contact the tour operator directly.
